Camping & touring site rules / information
All customers are required to check in by telephone on 01622 470 044 to comply with our campsite rules.
Please vacate your pitch by 11am, later departures by prior arrangement only through the office.
Our office is open from 9am – 8pm Monday to Sunday. Office telephone number: 01622

Due to consideration must be given to the enjoyment of other guests; intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated. Young persons must be kept under supervision at all times. Quiet must be observed between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
You must keep within the 10mph speed limit and observe the one-way traffic system at all times.
Dogs are welcome on the park. Owners must ensure they are kept on a lead at all times.
Dogs are not left unattended. If children are walking dogs, they must be responsible and clear up after them.
Children must be supervised by a responsible person. The play area is not to be used after dark.
Large rubbish bins are located at the near end of the chemical disposal point.
No paddling pools, water pistols and water games allowed on the touring field at any one time.
BBqs are permitted but must not cause damage to the grass. PLEASE DO NOT PUT BBQs INIDE YOUR UNIT AS THERE IS A DANGER OF CARBON MONOXIDE POISIONING.
One car is permitted per booking, No commercial vehicles are allowed onsite unless by prior arrangement.
The park has a security gate system in use which allows access to campers via a code.
If you wish to cancel your booking, we do not offer refunds. We are happy for the booking to be taken at a later date. Subject to 48 hours cancellation notice, up to 12 months from date of original booking, or it can be transferred to a third party at the discretion of park management.
Setting up Camp
You must in all circumstances have a 3 -meter fire separation space between all tents/units.
